A homeowner in Port Chester, NY was dealing with water issues in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems and set up an appointment. One of our Sales Consultants, James Stablein, went to the customer's home to estimate their needs. Soon after, one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew tackled this job. They installed WaterGuard, TrenchDrain, TripleSafe, and SaniDry Sedona. These key waterproofing systems will keep this customer's basement dry and moisture-free moving forward!
This is a set of before and afters in a basement in Greenwich. The original sump pump had a dirty open hole which someone tried to cover up with a piece of wood. Anything could fall in and clog up the system this way. We replaced it with our SuperSump® Premier Pump System.
The SuperSump® includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,500 gallons of water per hour out of your basement.
The SuperSump® can be installed with an optional UltraSump® Battery Backup Sump Pump, which can pump out 11,500 gallons or more on a single charge!

This customer was experiencing moisture in their basement and decided it was time to call Connecticut Basement Systems. Our Sales Consultant Mick Foster informed the homeowner that they needed multiple products to completely waterproof the basement. One of the products they would need is our CleanSpace Walls which will prevent future moisture and water vapor damage. Our foreman Marcial Lopez and his crew installed the product along with others such as WaterGuard, a Trench Drain System, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The homeowner was happy with the results and now no longer has to worry about having a wet basement!
This homeowner wanted to waterproof their crawlspace so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. Our Sales Consultant Mick Foster went to the home to understand the issues and informed the customer that they would need CleanSpace throughout the whole crawlspace. This was then installed by foreman Marcial Lopez and his crew. Now this customer is happy knowing their crawlspace is protected from water vapor and moisture damage.
