A homeowner in Harrison, NY decided to reach out to Connecticut Basement Systems after noticing moisture and wet marks in their basement. They were soon met by Sales Consultant Mick Foster to receive an estimate. He informed the homeowner of all their issues and the solutions. He advised the installation of a WaterGuard, SumpPump Plus, Ice Guard, and LawnScape Outlet. These together drain water from the basement safely and channel it away from the house. They were then installed by Foreman Antonion Diaz and his crew in a timely manner and love the result! Their basement is now waterproofed, and they do not have to worry about any more water damage!

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Delfino, and his crew to install the proposed system. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture any water seepage. They installed our TripleSafe sump pump system which will ensure all collected water will get pumped out of the home at a safe distance. They also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls to help lead the water directly into the drains below. Our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate any excess moisture and prevent mold growth.
Now this basement is completely protected and it will stay dry going forward. The homeowner is left with nothing but peace of mind!

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to protect them from moisture. Then, our SuperSump Plus sump pump was installed with our UltraSump battery backup to take any collected water and safely pump it out of the home. Our SaniDry Seonda, which is not pcituers, was also installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth.
Now, this entire basement will stay dry all the time, leaving the homeowner with great peace of mind!
This basement had water leaking in from the walls. To fix this problem we installed Waterguard, Trenchguard and a TripleSafe Sump Pump system to remove the water. A Floodring was added around the waterheater to prevent any flooding from an unexpected problem. A Sanidry air purifier dehumidifier was put in to remove any air mostiure. On the outside of the house an Iceguard was installed to prevent water back up during the winter monthes.

One of our Foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, and his crew got to work on the installation. The TrenchDrain will collect any water into the sump pump, which then will pump the water away from the house at a safe distance.
