Basement Waterproofing in New Fairfield, CT

A homeowner in New Fairfield was getting water seepage in their basement and called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to provide a waterproofing solution. One of our Salesmen, Rob Anderson, went out to the home to assess the issues and give the homeowner an estimate for work that would need to be done to solve their problems. 

One of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his team tackled this large waterproofing project. They installed 2 TripleSafe sump pumps, WaterGuard around the entire perimeter, as well as a CleanSpace vapor barrier. A Sedona dehumidifier was also installed. With these systems, any water that comes in will be collected properly and pumped out of the home at a safe distance through a proper discharge line. Now this basement will stay dry all the time!!
