Excellent products and top notch service since I became a customer in 2018. The employees I encounter are always very professional and very informed on the company's innovative products. It's clear to see that this is a company that encourages its employees to go above and beyond for the customer.   It was service, not installation so I will comment on Bruce Toth, who was just here to do the annual maintenance on our equipment. Bruce obviously knows his stuff and explained everything he was doing and provided a timeline for future replacement of components. I never feel surprised with unexpected bills with someone like Bruce. Besides his professional skills, I could tell he is just a good guy and that makes him a real asset to CBS and an ambassador for the company. 

Overall an excellent experience with Connecticut Basement Systems. We chose them due to their reputation...your installer was terrific!
