OK - I'm satisfied with the job, installation crew and office staff.

We had Basement Systems work on a water problem in our bedroom almost eight years ago. We got tired of water in the basement so we gave them a shot. They put in a sump pump and system. Then recently, we had a patio at the back of the house that was not level and they came out, looked at it, and took care of it. The installers were excellent, very informative, polite, and professional and made sure everything was cleaned up. They came when they said they were going to come and the work took about as long as they said it would take. There were no surprises so we're very pleased. At the end of the month, they're coming out again for a service. I also referred them to a guy I work with and he called them to come out to his house next week because of a water problem.

Wish I had an employee like Alberto who went above and beyond what was expected of him.

Every time we had heavy rain with wind, we would always end up with about 3 good sized puddles of water in one corner of our basement. It did not go near any items we have, but if it were to spread more it would be a bigger problem. We never saw any water coming down the inside walls, only from the corner where the wall meets the floor. A woman in our condo complex was having water coming inside her walls as well as in one corner of the basement about two years ago. I happened to be talking to her and mentioned my problem and immediately she told me to call CT Basement Systems. She said they were fantastic and fixed her problem completely.  She even showed me her basement and I could tell it was a beautiful, professional job. The salesman Josh Kroop came to our condo and I was able to explain the issue. He was very detailed and able to explain things very clear to me and he took pictures to review. We then sat at his computer and he showed us how the problem was occurring and what needed to be done. He also reviewed the contract in detail before I had to sign and give my deposit. He was very professional. The Production crew was great as well; Victor, Justin, and Ben were all very friendly and courteous. It was amazing how clean they kept everything with drop cloths and plastic. The crew came in and jackhammered a 6-inch space at 3 walls, put gravel and a pipe in, then cemented over the top. They also put a new pump in with a backup battery so when the water comes in from the outside wall, it will go into the pipes directly to the pump. You can barely see where they did the work and the pump looks great. It was an excellent and professional job and I am extremely happy with the results. When completed, they explained the pump and IceGuard to me, so I knew what to expect and how everything worked. Since the work was done, we have experienced some heavy rain with no puddles in the basement! The products that were installed are working great. One thing that surprised me about working with CTBS vs some other companies,  was that they were on time for arrival to the minute. When they called and said what time they would be coming, they were at my door at that exact time.  Also, how clean they kept everything, I had very little dust  to clean up after the work was all done. I would highly refer anyone to CT Basement Systems. I would let them know how great the salesman and workers are, and how they explained everything that is needed to get the job done but do not push extra or unnecessary products. They were very professional, kept everything as clean as possible,  and in the end, answered any questions I had. CT Basement Systems is a very well run and professional company. The salesman as well as the workers are friendly, courteous and explained everything very well. The workers do an excellent job and you can see they take pride in their work. I would use CTBS again and recommend them to family, friends, and people I work with.

Ron did an amazing job on the service and even better educating me on my new system. I'd love to have him from here on out! 

Mike Furlo was great ! Performed the maintenance work that was needed to be done and made sure everything was ok and in working order before he left. Also explained some helpful things to me that I did not know. He has a great personality and I enjoyed meeting and talking with him. Ct Basement is very lucky to have a service tech like Mike.

The office staff was great!  The installation crew arrived on time and got right to work.

All my water problems are solved. And your people are the best as well. Tony who sized my issue and Omar and his buddy who did the work, are true professionals. Quick, clean and neat work. Very polite. I will not select anybody else to do my basement waterproofing work.
