A homeowner in New Haven had a brick foundation that was starting to bow and crumble. Instead of replacing their entire foundation, they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have a specialist come out and provide a solution that will solve this problem. Our salesmen informed the homeowner that they would need our Form and Pour system to create a new foundation wall that would stabilize the home.
Our Foreman, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott installed this job. They created a form in front of the problematic foundation wall. Then they poured concrete behind the form to create a new wall that will support the existing foundation.

Our crew created this form that they would pour cement behind to create a new wall that would stabilize the exiting brick foundation.
New Wall
This is the brand-new wall that was poured. Up against the existing foundation, it will support it and not allow it to fall, crumble, or bow. Instead of replacing the entire foundation, this gives great support and will give the homeowner peace of mind knowing their foundation is stable.
