Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Repairs in Waterbury, CT
A homeowner in Waterbury, CT had a settling and cracked foundation. They made the right decision when they called our foundation supportworks team at Connecticut Basement Systems to come solve their problems. One of our Sales Consultants, Matt Kraus, went out to the home to estimate the issues and determine what our team would need to get done. He informed the homeowner that they were in need of foundation push piers to lift and stabilizer the foundation as well as PolyLevel to stabilize the floors in the basement.
One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott worked on this project. They would install 5 push piers below the footing of the foundation in order to make the home stable. They injected Polylevel into the floor to ensure that the basement was stable and level. The cracks in the foundation were repaired and sealed. Now this basement will have a level and stable foundation moving forward!

This was after the push piers were installed and PolyLevel was injected below the floor in order to level it out.
Sealed cracks and filled concrete
This is the final product after the cracks were sealed and the push pier holes were filled with concrete. Now the floor and home are stable and level.

This is what the push pier looks like when it is installed below the footing of the foundation. These are used to lift and stabilize the foundation.
