Bobby was very knowledgeable and efficient in servicing/replacing my sump pump.

From the initial contact with Basement Systems to the completed project everything was handled in professional manner. The workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. No debris was left lying around. I had some extra questions and they returned my calls and e-mails the same day. We have since contracted with them for Basement finishing as well.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the work your staff did. I have had a minor water problem for 38 years. Having read your ads and comparing sales pitches from competitors, we decided to have you waterproof our basement in North Branford. With the harsh winter and Hurricane Irene, we had not one drop of water. We had the pleasure of hearing the water being expelled to the outside. What a relief this is.
