Mr. Janesky I am writing this letter to inform you how impressed I was with hiring your company to perform basement waterproofing in my home. After recently securing a home equity loan to complete major home improvements, phase 1 of my project was to waterproof my basement which is prone to water leaks. As any homeowner would do I began obtaining estimates for the waterproofing. I made an appointment with your company for an estimate at which time I met with Joe Pascarella. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable with Basement Systems product line. He also did not try to sell me the Brooklyn Bridge. He knew exactly what my needs were for my water problem. His presentation was outstanding and very impressive and I had my proposal that same day. I felt very secure dealing with Joe. I want to let you know that I met with two other waterproofing competitors who did not meet the professionalism that Joe had set. One company was a one man operation of which he was an hour late for the scheduled meeting for the estimate. I requested a written proposal which did not arrive until about a two or three weeks later after the meeting. I received another estimate from another waterproofing business but the salesman did not appear to have a working knowledge of his companies product line. During the meeting the saleman was reading from what appeared to be a sales training outline guide. After hiring your company the work was completed by Garfield and his crew. They were excellent and very hard workers finishing in one day. They were right on time actually arriving a little early. They also did not seem to mind me being a nosy homeowner as periodically I would go downstairs to see how the waterproofing system is installed. Upon completion of the job I was impressed with the clean up as my basement is cleaner now than it was before they started the job. Respectfully, Dave W.

Hi Dave, This is the crazy lady from last March, that was yelling at you the whole time. I Just wanted to say that we had no water this time. We have a back up to a back up, but all is good. We've had no power, no internet and all that stuff, but we also had no water in our basement thanks to my battery back up system. I even texted Larry, and he was very nice to us. I think we should be in his next commercial, don't you? I have a friend who didn't use Connecticut Basement Systems, and had water in her basement,  who was blaming the company, but I blamed it on her. She didn't use Connecticut Basement Systems and didn't have a back up system and power goes out, but the back up never ever lose power. So I told them to call you, not you personally, but the company of course. That is it Dave, I feel so good not having water in my basement and its all thanks to you. Thank you very much for everything you did.

We are so excited we finally had Basemenet Systems come out to our house and figure out the problem. The sales guy, Kevin was really great. No pressure to buy. And he really knew his stuff. We knew right away that we were hiring the right company. Can't wait to watch the rain and know I have a dry basement.

Tyler performed work for us in February and I was very impressed him.

The crew was hard working and very courteous. Bruce was my salesman he explained everything and there was no pressure to do anything. He presented me with choices and I made my own decisions.
