Only Basement Systems acknowledged that my problem was not an outside problem (it came from a broken water-heater!) and suggested minor, but worthwhile improvements. These were done (with a minor glitch: the ordered part did not fit and had to be reordered!). But I was very pleased with the company and its representatives and can recommend their services.
