Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Systems in New Hartford, CT
A homeowner in New Hartford, CT was getting water in their basement and called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us fix their water problems. After scheduling an appointment with us, one of our Sales Consultants, Mick Foster, went out to the home to meet with the customer. He assessed the issues they were having and provided them with an estimate for a solution.
The next step would be for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his team to work on the installation of this job. They installed our perimeter WaterGuard drain system. This gets installed below the floor and then covered with concrete to ensure that any water coming in from the walls or floors gets collected. Then they installed a SuperSump Plus sump pump into the lowest point in the basement. This will take any water collected from the WaterGuard and pump it out of the home at a safe distance\ through a proper discharge line. They also installed a partial wall of CleanSpace vapor barrier. Now this basement will stay dry in the future!

SuperSump Plus
Our crew installed a WaterGuard drain system and a SuperSump Plus sump pump. This will take any water coming into the basement and pump it out of the home at a safe distance through a discharge line. It is installed at the lowest point of the basement to ensure that water runs to it. The crew also installed some of our CleanSpace vapor barriers on the wall to ensure that it will be protected from water entering that area.
WaterGuard
Our crew installed a perimeter WaterGuard drain system. They jackhammer around the bottom of the floor, install the WaterGuard, and then pour concrete over it. This will ensure that any water coming in through the walls or floors goes directly into the drains and then gets directed into the sump pump.
