A door leading outside from the Columbia, CT basement allowed water to enter the basement. To prevent this from happening and get the basement much more dry, we installed a trench drain at the entrance of the basement. Its open grate collects water into the WaterGuard sub-floor perimeter drainage system, and it is directed out of the basement. The basement is now dry for the homeowners to enjoy.
