Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Our Sales Representative, Doug, arrived at the home to inspect the problem and propose a permanent solution. Since the foundation of this home is monolithic, the best system to solve the water problem would be our DryTrak system paired with a Triple Safe sump pump. The DryTrak system will capture water between the wall and floor joints, in addition to water seepage from the floor. The homeowner was thrilled that there was a solution for her wet basement and went through with the project. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Rick Raucci, went to the home to visualize the problem. He let the homeowner know they needed CleanSpace and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

One of our Foremen, Antonio Diaz, and his team would take on this project. They installed the CleanSpace throughout the whole crawlspace to ensure it stays moisture-free and will be protected from water damage. They also installed the Sedona in order to remove moisture from the air and protect the crawlspace from mold growth. Now this space will be water-free and the homeowner no longer has to worry about any issues going forward!
