Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Before, this Milford home had inadequate flooring in the basement. Typical tile flooring installed right against the concrete foundation (like this basement use to have) can cause a cold and uncomfortable surface. The cause of this problem is that there is no thermal break protecting the flooring from the cold and wet foundation. The solution was to install ThermalDry Floor beige tiles. One of the great benefits of this product is that there is a thermal barrier that makes the flooring 8-10 degrees warmer compared to traditional tile. These tiles are also attractive in any basement and are mold and water resistant. This is exactly what the homeowner wanted and was pleased with his transformed basement!
