ThermalDry is a great addition to any basement; it comes in a snap-together design that installs directly over concrete floor. It also comes in with built-in drainage and thermal barrier, and promise no mold or moisture damage!

A homeowner in Thomaston, CT was getting water in their basement, causing water damage. They made the right decision when they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us solve their water issues. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Tony Van Deusen, went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a solution. 

The next step would be the installation. One of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his team would work on this project. They began by installing a WaterGaurd drain system below the floor to catch any water coming in from the walls or floors. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump. This works with three pumps (a primary, secondary, and battery backup). Any water collected from the drains goes into the sump and then gets pumped out of the home at a safe distance through a discharge line. They also installed a half wall of CleanSpace vapor barrier that will protect the walls. 

This basement will stay dry and any water will be properly pumped out of the home, leaving water worries behind! 

The homeowners in this Seymour home had a continuing water issue in their basement. The homeowners contacted the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems to fix it. We installed our BrightWall  which is a 100% waterproof rigid plastic paneling for unfinished basement walls. It's durable, washable, and will not support the growth of mold or rot. We also installed our WaterGuard Fren Drain System which is our patented drain system that is designed to never clog. The drain system is put in in the ground but above the foundation footing and then cemented to be covered up.
