Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Before, this Marlborough, CT basement had a leaky basement. The incoming water left behind unwanted stains on the walls and floors. Production Foreman Kevon Barnett traveled to the home not long after that, and quickly got to work eliminating the basement’s stains and moisture issues. First, he installed WaterGuard, our patented perimeter drainage system, which catches water leaks at the base of the basement walls and channels them to a sump pump, where they are pumped away from the home. In this case, that sump pump was our most reliable pump, the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe includes a primary pump, a secondary pump that kicks in when the pump has to deal with heavy leaks, and a battery powered backup pump that is ready to take over in the case of a power outage. Finally, he installed Zen Walls throughout the basement, which prevent air and moisture from flowing into the basement space, and give the room a clean, finished look. The homeowner was pleased with the results, and happy to find peace of mind in knowing that his basement is well protected against water leaks.

Before, this Marlborough basement had walls that were porous which allowed for water and air to flow through, making the area uncomfortable. Once the homeowner set the appointment, we sent in one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his team.

When Cisco and his team arrived, they got straight to work. They installed our WaterGuard system, which is below the floor, creating a drainage system. They also installed our SuperSump Plus, which works with our waterproofing system to keep the basement dry. Another product that was installed was our TrenchDrain, a drainage system designed to prevent groundwater and rainwater from entering the basement. Now, this customer’s home will be kept dry from any flooding!

A homeowner in Westbrook, CT had water seepage up from below the floor and had an existing sump pump that was not eliminating water. Once it was time for installation, we sent out one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew to work on the job. They then installed our TripleSafe sump pump to effectively pump out the water from the home at a safe distance. CleanSpace vapor barrier was also installed on the walls to protect from moisture damage. Now this basement is totally dry and the homeowner has peace of mind!
