Brian, Thank you and CT Basement Systems for the prompt help with my issue. As I mentioned, my daughter is getting married this week and we have a house full of guests from out of town. It would not be a very good time to also have to deal with a flood. Bill just left. He was pleasant and clearly knew his business. He did a professional job of cleaning out the sludge, showing me the workings of the system and letting me know realistic expectations on the motor life. That said, I decided to err on the side of caution and replace the motor which he had with him. He finished up and cleaned up everything – then last we walked outside to be sure the ejection area was in order. I can rest assured that what was a panic situation just a short time ago is dealt with. Thanks again for all your help and having wonderful and knowledgeable field service folks. They certainly saved the day here.

When I called CT Basement Systems for an appointment to get a quote for a wet basement, I spoke to a young woman named Heather. I found her to be so pleasant and professional and the fact that I actually got an answer instead of a voicemail (as I did when I called other companies.) Kudos for hiring such a pleasant young lady as a great customer service agent!
