I would like to commend the above referenced Service Technician, Bruce Toth, for the exceptional service he rendered on June 2, 2017. He arrived ahead of schedule, was apprised of the situation concerning my dehumidifier, (which was not working), and proceeded to repair and upgrade it, (the upgrade should have been recommended and rectified several years ago!) With one call and a couple of parts, Bruce had it up and running in no time at all, as well as servicing of the sump pump.
The service was done in a timely and most efficient manner, with everything fully explained. If not a problem, I will be asking that Bruce be the Service Tech for the yearly service!!! He went above and beyond!!!
He deserves to win the “WOW! Service Award!”
