methodical and explained what he was doing each step of the way. He
determined that the leak was not from a compromised wall in the
basement but from a busted air conditioner waste pump. I appreciate
the fact that he did not feel compelled to sell us service that we did
not need but was able to identify the issue and then spoke directly
with the repair people from Professional Water to explain what was
needed.
