I was never sure of the role played by a carpenter and external supervisor, Bill Anderson, though his carpentry was helpful; and in general I was never wholly clear on who was in charge of what, but the work done in itself was excellent. I was very pleased with the desk people I spoke to on the phone, all very helpful and good-natured.

I'm not sure who a call representative might have been, as we asked for the service.

A Josh Kroop came to discuss the job preliminarily and work out a plan for it. That was fine, but it was a pity that henceforth he was not involved in the process.

There were several. detailed for specific jobs, and there was no one foreman, which made communication more difficult than it might have been. The work was all timely and well executed, however. The installers of the waterguards worked two days and needed to jackhammer through granite rock face for six hours, a very hard job for them. This raised a tremendous amount of dust that they weren't prepared for. We had all our vents covered in the house but there was still dust everywhere. In the basement, they could have put sheets over a few things that were left bare, but understandably they didn't anticipate the extent of the problem. They did excellent work, extremely complicated and in difficult circumstances.

A good many items such as boards and other things were left behind, most but not all of which were taken away by Bill Anderson after the work crews' jobs were finished. A very helpful cleaning service, Way Beyond Cleaning in the company's employ, then came in and did an excellent job cleaning up the dust, mopping and vacuuming. They have our highest rating. The dust had been left by the waterproofing crew (they did tidy up after themselves well}, the carpenter then came back and tidied up well, and then came the plumber and electrician, but none of these separate crews did anything about the thick dust.
