Jorge explained things to me about my system that I did not know. He is a very knowledgeable employee of CT Basement
When Jorge was installing my new pump and back up battery he explained everything and how the system actually worked.

What made you choose our company:
In 2016 I chose CT Basement Systems over other companies because I have seen lots of advertisements in flyers, TV, etc. Besides, I love to watch Larry in the TV commercials and watch him say, "everything Basementy! One thing I don't understand, and I forgot to ask Jorge this, Why does the sump pump have to be replaced every year? When I lived in Farmington, CT from 1969 through 2003 we had a sump pump and through all those years it never had to be changed out. What is the difference I can understand the back up battery being changed every 5 years as that's what I have to do with my vehicle, but WHY the sump pump?
