What made you choose our company:

Connecticut Basement was already in place with the condo I purchased. Although I have not moved in yet, I was very impressed. First by the reminder calls of upcoming service. Eric called to say the dehumidifier was not working and offered an installation of new one which they had in their truck. Follow up call from Eric and email from Mike stating what had been done. Then finalizing payment with Chris over the phone. ALL were very kind, professional and thorough! Thank you! Holly
