Arrived within scheduled time frame. Knocked. Polite
Scheduled some time ago. Can't recall who I might have spoken with. Was only to find a time I was available.
Ryan and Eric were pleasant, respectful and friendly. Went right to work. No dawdling.

Worked without needing to disturb anything I was doing. Found their way out the back door, the shortest route to their truck which they smartly parked behind the church.
Looked better than when they showed up. Probably knocked down a few spider webs. I know I didn't check for them. :)
