It was my intention to write a letter about the person who was in charge of installing our system. I failed to do that and have since forgotten his name but I do want you to know that he was outstanding. When they finished installing my system, my husband inspected what they'd done, seemed to approve, I paid them and they went on their way. Minutes later, my husband complained about something and had them drive back. And this was at the end of a long day. Without going into the lengthy, tedious details, I felt your installer handled this annoyance with such professionalism, grace and patience. I KNOW he had to have been annoyed. Heck, I was annoyed! I appreciated that he didn't let it get the best of him and was impressed by his unwavering professional demeanor. I remember that he's been with your company for more than 20 years. I understand why you've kept him that long. He MUST be one of the reasons you're rated so highly. Treat him well! By the way, I think my husband's complaint was probably unwarranted and I, ultimately, sent them back on their way without making the change my husband was suggesting - even though your installers were willing to do it.
