Jorge and Mike arrived promptly at 11am (my window was 11am - 1pm). They were professional, friendly and explained each step of what they needed to do to get my dehumidification system up and running again.
Very pleasant and an appointment was made quickly and efficiently. Reminder call was also made 24 hours before the appointment.
Upfront, I was told the cost of a replacement dehumidifier so I had time to process and be prepared.
Jorge Rodriguez and Mike McGuirk were professional, efficient and friendly! They did a great job!

Climate Partners originally installed my dehumidifier so I originally called them, but they cancelled on me three times, so I called CT Basement Systems as I noticed that you repaired/replaced Sani Dry dehumidifiers. I am very happy I called CT Basement Systems!
