You should review the way you hand out appointments. When I get a 9:00AM appointment, first of the day, I expect to see the technician within a half hour of the appointment. My schedule is as important as yours. My complaint is NOT with the service technician; it is with the call representative and booking procedure.
Phil Cypher: personable, knowledgeable, very capable. Got the job done in good time. He's a very good technician.
