_{Francisco has been a part of the Connecticut Basement Systems team since March 2006. Through the years, he has shown strong dedication and work ethic, and prides himself on doing his best at every job.}

_{Cisco is a team leader, and prides himself on making sure each customer he works with has a smile on their face when his team is done with their work. Providing solutions to their problems, and knowing they feel relief, is his favorite part of the job.}

_{During his free time, Cisco enjoys fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.}

Honestly, one of the BEST Service calls iCan ever remember. The tech, Bruce (iThink) was incredibly knowledgable, helpful & informative. I felt like iWas in good hands, and he really went the extra mile to prove it. We had flooding in the basement, due to tremendous rain as well as a shot sump pump. He replaced the pump, explaining each step, and then helped with placement of fans & dehumidifiers, as well as filter cleaning for max efficiency. He was not rushed or harried, and explained in understandable terms. Friendly, trustworthy & genuine Nice Guy! We need people like this, and hope/trust he is a reflection on the company he works with. Bravo & Thanks!
