Kevon, Chris, Todd & Mike did a phenomenal job renovating the basement of our very old house built in 1840. They were extremely professional, great communicators, kept a clean job site, were very detailed in all aspects of the finishing work, and went above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied with everything. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with our new beautiful basement. I would definitely hire them again and have been recommending them to all my coworkers at the hospital

This was a true case of "no customer is too small." After an initial assessment and contract, we found out some of the planned work could not be performed. This resulted in the job getting reduced to about 10-15% of the original work. Despite this, I was treated with top communication and follow up, planning and applications were still expedited and the work was done with care. I was very pleased that my work didn't end up being "too small to be important" and while I do NOT look forward to needing more basement work done in the future, I know that I don't have to go through the hassle of contacting anyone else for proposals except Conn. Basement Systems in the future.
