Basement Waterproofing in Scarsdale, NY

A homeowner in Scarsdale, NY, was getting water seepage in their basement due to an old, inactive sump pump. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Vin Orsini, visited their house to assess the issues in the basement and propose our full perimeter system as the solution. 

Eventually, it would be time for installation done by our Foreman Garfield and his crew. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage and direct it to the sump pump. We installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and safely pump it out of the home through proper discharge lines. 

With our system in place, this entire basement will stay dry all the time, ensuring the homeowner can live with peace of mind.
