The old support posts in this crawl space were sinking, causing the floor above them to sag. To prevent any structural issues in the future, including wall cracks and unsafe floors, we installed SmartJacks. SmartJacks are a permant solution to the sagging floors, and can be ajusted to push the floor back up to the exact position it was originally.
