I continue to be impressed by this small business. We contacted them over a decade ago for a disaster and after getting through the crisis, we installed a dehumidifier that I joke is the most valuable thing in our house. Something went awry and I called for service and it was straightforward and affordable. And while it isn’t a requirement for the work, Devon was a delightful service provider explaining the issue, running diagnostics, and recommending a plan to keep it running well. Incredibly pleased once again by this company.

I called to address a concern about some small leaks of water in my basement that was covered under warranty by the past owners. Not only did the company honor the free service check, but they hunted down the problem which arguably has nothing to do with the basement. Despite that, Nizier C was thorough, tenacious, and intelligent about locating the issue and addressing ways to fix it easily and inexpensively. He listened to my concerns, looked at pictures, and used his expertise to share with me. His main goal was fixing the problem regardless of whether its source was the ground or not.
