This was the second day that Jony and his crew did a superb job on my insulation. The crew was on time, Jony answered all my questions, they worked diligently and the cleanup was surprisingly well done. I had to leave my house for several hours and Jony kept me updated on the progress. In my opinion, the Connect Basement System is #1.

Cannot say enough great things about CT Basement! We have been dealing with water/ flooding in our large basement for years on and off.. recently got so much worse! Called on a Friday and spoke to Christine and Diane( so super kind and helpful!) I think they felt sorry for us and got a sales associate to our house that day, Mic was so knowledgeable and helpful! We scheduled the service immediately and then a few days later Lucia called to say there was an opening this week! Al and his crew( I call them the ATeam were so professional, knowledgeable and the hardest workers I have ever seen at my house! Our large (2400 SQF) wet/ flooded basement was dry in 2 days… just like promised!! Our basement is dry for the first time in years!! Cannot thank Al and team enough! We would HIGHLY recommend CT Basement!

First contact with Keith salesman inspector. Very thorough. Explained everything. No pressure to buy or upsell. Clive, Moses and Andreas were fantastic. Tarped everything. Wore booties. Worked extremely hard. Left house better than the found it answered all questions Took pride in work. I know I got a great job. Highly recommend.
