Mario addressed problems that we had with seepage around 4 pipes entering through our concrete basement wall. One of them was particularly tricky given its location behind a heating unit. All done in a friendly and efficient manner including a return visit to check.

Great company, amazing product and even better service department. I had their basement waterproofing solution installed and although it’s quite pricey, it has been rock solid. My property has a high water table and thank God I haven’t gotten a single drop of water after we installed the system. Just had service done today and their service technician Nas was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very attention detailed and went above and beyond correcting small issues that had been left over from the install (e.g. making the wiring nice and neat). What a true professional, will definitely continue getting service from them and possibly evening purchasing one of their dehumidifiers.
