You have to wait too long to get your annual system refresh. But excellent service techs, who are knowledgeable and finish the service extremely quickly.

Cisco and his crew did a fantastic job at our home! They were thorough, efficient and very cleanly when putting in our drains and sump pump. Upon arrival, Cisco was able to identify an area that needed adjustment and he was very knowledgeable. They performed all aspects of the job and explained it all so well. Cisco and crew remained on-site until the job was complete and they were meticulous with their clean up. We are highly impressed with their work and would recommend him to everyone. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding team at Larry Janesky’s Total Basement Finishing. From start to finish on my basement project in December 2021, the entire experience was excellent. A special thank you to Julie Mara, the project manager, who went above and beyond—especially years later—helping me navigate the process of pulling and closing out permits. Her continued support made a complicated situation much easier to handle. I’d also like to recognize electricians Mike Pale and Sean Duffy (now retired), who were both professional and genuinely helpful throughout the project, as well as Sheldon Lennon for his high-quality installation work. For anyone considering a similar project, I’ll share one important lesson learned: make sure you pull the proper permits upfront. It can save you significant time, money, and stress down the road—especially when it comes time to sell your home. If permits weren’t originally pulled, you may be required to bring everything up to current code before closing them out. That said, I can confidently say I’ve had zero issues with my basement over the past five years. The materials and workmanship have held up exceptionally well. The space still looks as good as the day it was installed, with excellent insulation, lighting, and no signs of mold whatsoever. I didn’t have to write this review, but I felt it was well deserved.
