Bruce was the tech at the site. He was excellent ; knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was willing to go beyond just servicing but also repaired an outside leak. He also adjusted my dehumidifier to make it more efficient. He is an asset to your company.

We’d used CT Basement Systems for a French drain system on our last house and we’d had a great experience, so I contacted them regarding work on our current basement. Sales consultant Vin Orsini came by, reviewed the space and all of our options, and emailed me a quote to review. Very efficient, thorough and professional experience.

I had an appointment scheduled for today, May 9th and no one showed up. Since my appointment was on a Saturday, the main phone line was closed and no one picked up. In the two emails and two texts I received from them with appointment details there was no after hours line or way to contact them at all. I'm very disappointed in their service, and it is disrespectful that I book my entire afternoon to be home only to be blown off.
