Concerned with the water traveling from the unfinished portion of her basement into the finished portion, the homeowner decided to reach out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems for assistance.

Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Consultant Jared Sgroi. Sgroi listened to the homeowner's concerns and scheduled a time to visit the home to propose a solution.

They began by installing our WaterGuard drain system around the basement perimeter along the floor and wall. This would collect any water coming in from the walls/floors and direct it into a sump pump. The crew installed one of our SuperSump Plus pumps. This would take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They also installed a CleanSpace wall system on the walls to protect them from moisture and lead any water from the walls into the WaterGuard. Now, with these systems, this basement will stay dry all the time.
