A family located in Riverside, CT expressed a desire to expand their basement, creating additional living space. Reaching out to the trusted experts at Connecticut Basement Systems for assistance, they scheduled a free in-home consultation with Sales Representative Vincent Orsini.

Following Orsini's visit, he provided a proposal for work which was accepted by the homeowner. Foreman Antonio Diaz arrived with his team shortly after to begin the installation process. BrightWall wall panels were installed to maximize light across the space, while serving the purpose as a vapor barrier as well. Lastly, Elite Plank flooring was installed across the basement, finishing off the space into an additional comfortable living space for the family!

Eventually, it would be time for the proposed work to be installed by our Foremen, Delfino, and his crew. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement (this is below the new cement). Then they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls to protect from moisture and help lead water into the drains. Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take the collected water from the drains and safely pump it out of the home through its system. 

Now this entire basement will stay dry all the time.

Then they installed one of our TripleSafe sump pumps, which would take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. This pump works with 3 different pumps and is our most reliable sump pump system. The team even installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls of the basement to protect from moisture and ensure any water coming from the walls gets directed into the drainage system. Now this basement will stay dry permanently and the homeowner never needs to worry about water in their basement again. 

When we first visited this home, water was leaking in dramatically. To fix this problem we installed Waterguard, Trenchguard and a SuperSump system to remove the water. On the outside of the house an Iceguard was installed to prevent water back up during the winter months.
