A homeowner located in Chappaqua, NY, reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find an encapsulation solution for their crawlspace. We sent out our Salesman, Chris Klonaridis, to the house to assess the crawlspace and propose our CleanSpace encapsulation system. 

Shortly after, our Foreman, Marcial, and team would install this job. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier across the whole space. Then they installed our SilverGlo insulation on the walls. Lastly, our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture and mold growth throughout the space.

They first put in our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump, as seen in the image. This will take the collected water from the drains and pump it out of the home at a safe distance, through a discharge line. Our UltraSump battery backup is a key component of our waterproofing system. Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed as well. This whole basement will now stay dry all the time, no matter the circumstances!
