A homeowner in Chappaqua, NY sought out a more reliable solution to waterproofing a critical portion of their basement. One of our Sales Consultants, Jason Waldek, arrived on-site to address the homeowner's concerns. Waldek proposed a solution with the homeowner's concerns and needs in mind, including the installation of WaterGuard around the perimeter and a new, SuperSump Plus sump pump. Upon approval of the proposal, foremen Javier Saca and Moses Chantes got to work executing on the plan. Now, the homeowner's tools and equipment are safeguarded from moisture, and will remain safe and dry!
A homeowner in Chappaqua, NY, was experiencing water seepage in their basement due to heavy rains. They called Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Chris Klonaridis, went to the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing solutions.
Soon after, our Foreman, Marcial and his crew would install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture any water seepage from the floors or walls. Then they installed a half wall of our CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect the walls and help direct any seepage to the drains. Next, they put in our TripleSafe sump pump where they had an old pump that was not working to eliminate the issues. Our TripleSafe will take all of the captured water and safely pump it out of the home.
Now this entire basement will stay dry, ensuring the homeowner has great peace of mind.

Shortly after, our Foreman, Marcial, and team would install this job. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier across the whole space. Then they installed our SilverGlo insulation on the walls. Lastly, our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture and mold growth throughout the space.
Now the homeowner can live with peace of mind knowing what's below them is now behind them.
A New Rochelle, NY homeowner had water seepage in their basement, so they contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a resolution. We then sent out one of our Sales Consultants, James Stablein, to the home to evaluate their basement water issues and provide them with a permanent solution.
Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Luis Alas, and his crew to install this project. They first put in our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump, as seen in the image. This will take the collected water from the drains and pump it out of the home at a safe distance, through a discharge line. Our UltraSump battery backup is a key component of our waterproofing system. Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed as well. This whole basement will now stay dry all the time, no matter the circumstances!
