Our team transformed this unsafe basement into a safe playroom for the children of this customers home!
A homeowner in Plainfield had water seepage into their basement and below-grade garage space. They reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Brian DiRisi, went to the home to assess the issues and proposed a full perimeter waterproofing system.
One of our Foremen, Vic Varela, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to collect water coming in from the walls and floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take that collected water and pump it safely out of the home. They also installed a TrenchDrain to capture water coming in from above the floor when there are heavy rains. With these systems, this basement/below-grade garage will stay dry!
A homeowner in Stonington, CT expressed interest in encapsulating his crawl space. Reaching out to Connecticut Basement Systems, he scheduled a free in-home consultation with Sales Representative Bret Citrin.
Once Citrin arrived at the home, he expressed potential solutions the homeowner could implement. Included in Citrin's proposal was our CleanSpace vapor barrier, which lines the floor and walls to create a seal against moisture.
With the proposal approved, Foreman Luis Alas and his team arrived on-site to begin the install. Following a quick install, the crawl space was returned to the homeowner sealed off against moisture!
A homeowner in Stonington, CT expressed interest in upgrading his sump pump system. After experiencing issues with his past sump pump system, he reached out to Connecticut Basement Systems, scheduling a free in-home consultation with Sales Representative Bret Citrin.
Once Citrin arrived at the home, he expressed potential options for the homeowner. Ultimately, the homeowner decided to install our SuperSump Plus sump pump system and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. These two systems work in tandem to mitigate moisture, with the self-emptying SaniDry feeding moisture into the SuperSump Plus, where it is expelled at a safe distance from the house.
On the day of the install, Foreman Luis Alas and his team arrived, immediately getting to work removing the old sump pump. Following a quick install, the crawl space's waterproofing abilities were enhanced!
