Connecticut Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Old Lyme, CT was experiencing issues pertaining to basement moisture. Afraid of the additional issues typical with moisture, she decided to reach out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems to schedule a free in-home consultation.

Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative Brian DiRisi. Once at the home, DiRisi measured various parts of the basement, concluding the most adequate location for our TripleSafe sump pump system, and an exterior drainage line. In an effort to fit the TripleSafe sump pump system, a new location was created near the old pump's area (see pictures for more insight). By accurately measuring these areas, DiRisi ensured the homeowner would be protected against further issues pertaining to moisture.

They installed the PowerBrace Wall Repair System. This will stabilize the bowing walls, forcing them back into their original position. This crew will revisit the home in approximately 1-2 months to tighten and possibly push the wall in. Soon enough, this foundation will be as good as new!

As seen in the after photo, the TripleSafe sump pump is installed and the wet cement is where the WaterGuard System was placed internally.
