Mr. G had water seepage in his basement and an old sump pump that was not working to eliminate the problem. He called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. After meeting with one of our Sales Consultants, Jared Sgroi, he informed Mr. G that he needed our waterproofing systems to ensure water is eliminated for good! 

One of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the entire perimeter, below the floor to collect water coming in from the walls/floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take that water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. These systems will keep this basement dry all the time, giving the homeowner peace of mind!

It would then soon be time for one of our Formen, Moises Chantes, and his crew to work on the installation of this job. Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative Matt Kraus. Once Kraus arrived at the home, he began by measuring various portions of the basement to develop an understanding of the homeowner's basement needs. The owners of this Coventry home called us when their wall crack started leaking again, despite previous attempts to seal it. Repairing leaky wall cracks can be tricky. If sealed with a rigid sealant, the wall movement that originally caused the crack will break the seal, creating the same problem over again. Our FlexiSpan is flexible enough to bend slightly and stays bonded despite wall movement, and seals the crack permanently.
