We sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Matt Kraus, who went to the home to evaluate the problem and he proposed our SmartJack solution.
One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott, installed this job. Our SmartJacks are installed under the beams and are tightened to support and stabilize the floor above, while also making it level again. It can be tightened over time as well. Now this homeowner is left with peace of mind knowing their home is stable!

Our Foreman, Delfino Mones, and his crew installed the proposed waterproofing job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the basement perimeter to collect water coming in. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. With these systems, this basement will stay dry all the time, leaving the homeowner with peace of mind.

Not long after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Victor, and his crew to install the CarbonArmor. These carbon fiber strips are put on the walls to reinforce the wall and to ensure that no future bowing or cracking will occur.
Now that all the CarbonArmor strips are in place, this foundation is now stable and won't be damaged anymore, giving the homeowner great peace of mind.
