One of our Foremen, Garfield Sanderson, and his crew would install this waterproofing job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to catch any water coming in from the walls or floors. Then they installed our most reliable sump pump, the TripleSafe, to take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Now this basement is dry and the homeowner is left with nothing but peace of mind.

As the last layer of protection, our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth.
