Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Shortly after, it would be time for our Foreman, Garfield, and his team to install this job. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on top of drainage matting throughout the entire crawl space to protect it from water and moisture. Then, for insulation, they installed our SilverGlo on the walls and RimJoist in any places that air could seep out.

The solution for this crawl space was to install CleanSpace liner, a WaterGuard system and a SaniDry Sedona. The WaterGuard system will keep the crawl space dry by channeling the water internally to the sump pump. The CleanSpace liner that is applied to the walls and floors of the area prevents air and moisture from entering the space. Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to keep humidity low which will make the air healthier by getting rid of moisture and preventing mold from growing. To make sure that no air sneaks above the crawl space walls and into the home, rim joist insulation was installed as well.
