Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Scarsdale, NY was getting water in their basement. They had an existing pump that was not working so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to solve their water problems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Gus Stozinic, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide a solution that would ensure they would never get water in their basement again. 

Soon after it would be time for one of our Foremen, Antonio Diaz, and his team to install the proposed work. They began by installing our WaterGuard drain system below the perimeter of the basement to ensure that any water coming in through the walls or floors would get collected. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump system to take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Working together, these two systems will ensure that this basement stays dry no matter what.

Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump in the lowest point to take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. These systems will keep the basement dry and ensure that any other part of their finished basement won't get water again.

One of our Sales Consultants, Brian DiRisi, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide the homeowner with an estimate for work to be done. 

Then it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floor around the perimeter of the basement to collect any water coming in through the walls or floors. Then they installed one of our SuperSump Plus sump pumps with a battery backup to ensure all water collected gets pumped out of the home at a safe distance. They also installed a Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate moisture and mold growth. CleanSpace vapor barrier was added to part of the lower areas of the basement to protect from moisture. Now this basement will stay dry with our waterproofing system! 

A homeowner in Larchmont, NY was experiencing issues with water in their below-grade garage. They decided to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to fix their problems! One of our sales representatives, Rob Anderson, went out to meet the homeowner to estimate what kind of issues they were having. After coming up with a plan to waterproof the space, one of our foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, and his team got to work on this project. They installed WaterGuard which would collect any water and drain into the TripleSafe sump pump that they also installed. The TripleSafe will then pump the water outside of the home at a safe distance. Now this space is water-free and protected from any future damage. 

In this garage we installed Waterguard and a SuperSump pump to prevent any further water problems. On the walls we installed our CleanSpace liner to make the walls look nicer. On the outside of the house we installed Iceguard to prevent water backing up from frozen pipes during long winter months.
