We just used Ct. Basement to upgrade our basement from "dungeon" to presentable. I am writing this letter to tell you how lucky you are to have Rick Raucci and Angel working for you. I just had my basement completed last week and want to say these two guys are special people. I have had a couple projects done in my home, a new bathroom, new kitchen, and new skylights and your two employees by far were the BEST to work with. They both went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was done right. Rick did my daughter's house five years ago and she told me to call him and boy am I happy I did. Angel and his boys were great the three days they were here. I have already called their boss Jen to tell her how special they are but I thought you should know also. Bill and Stephen, First of all I want to thank you both for all of the time you spent with me by phone on January 13th talking through my pump configuration while I was sending pictures on a real-time basis.  It was great to see how you guys work with the customer to make sure we get things right.  That was definitely when I decided to work with CT Basement Systems and stop considering other options. 

From day one they were very professional and courteous. I sent my inquiry in via the website and got a call back the same day. The office schedules an inspection and in the mean time, they mail an information package and educational book. Of the six companies I had come to see the space and give me their proposal, Connecticut Basement Systems inspector, Ralph, came with no pressure. He presented to me their solution to solve my issues and didn't try to upsell me on anything. The crew arrived on time as promised. They worked very efficiently and hard. The foreman would periodically come get me and show me what they were doing and explain why. At the end of the job the space was left broom-swept clean and neat. No more wet basement and the dehumidifier is working much more efficiently and running less. The house feels less humid upstairs and the basement space looks better too (clean space is white!) Connecticut Basement Systems comes highly recommended!

Yes everything looks great!  We cannot believe how efficient Tibor and his team were as well as Tom.  It looks beautiful, beyond our expectation.  We just sent in the second payment the other day, not realizing how fast they would finish.   We do have the certificate of completion and will get it back to you ASAP.  No problem for Tom to come next Tues or Wed.  We only ask that he doesn't come Thursday, neither one of us can be home.   It has been a wonderful experience working with you all.
