A homeowner in Plainville, CT expressed concerns regarding her basement's rapid increase in water. Despite having a sump pump system, large pools of water were visible within the space. In need of an expert, she decided to reach out to Connecticut Basement Systems to schedule a free in-home consultation.
Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative Mark Krasnickas. Krasnickas arrived at the home, immediately sketching a map of the basement and writing notes on potential solutions. Once complete, he passed off his proposal to the homeowner, who approved of the plans.
With the plans approved, Foreman Luis Alas and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process. Installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier and WaterGuard French drain system around the perimeter, the basement would be much more protected against unwanted moisture. This moisture, collected along the walls, is channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump system and expelled at a safe distance from the home.
With the install complete, the homeowner felt a sense of relief. The combination of waterproofing systems installed made the homeowner confident in her basement's ability to mitigate unwanted moisture!
