A Hamden homeowner was getting water seepage in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. Our Salesman, Cary Benjamin, went to the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing system as the solution.
Soon after, it will be time for one of our Foremen, Al, and his crew to install the proposed work. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. Then, they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to collect the water and safely pump it out of the home. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was also installed on the walls to protect and prevent moisture damage.
Now, with our system in place, this entire basement will stay dry. This leaves the homeowner with nothing but great peace of mind.

Overall, this space had a beautiful upgrade. There is now a full kitchen and full bath in this space, as well as a closed bedroom. This customer was thrilled with the results and this basement is now a perfect place for someone to live!
