After the appointment, it would then soon be time for one of our Formen, Luis Alas, and his crew to fully install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the perimeter of the basement to ensure water is captured coming in from the walls or floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump that would discharge the water collected out of the home at a safe distance! Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to lead water into the drains below, adding that extra layer of protection.

With the proposal accepted, Foreman Luis Alas and his team arrived on-site. Ensuring maximum protection against further basement water, our WaterGuard clog-free French drain system was installed in addition to the TripleSafe sump pump system. These two systems will work in tandem to ensure the homeowner has a dry basement for years to come!

In this garage we installed Waterguard and a SuperSump pump to prevent any further water problems. On the walls we installed our CleanSpace liner to make the walls look nicer. On the outside of the house we installed Iceguard to prevent water backing up from frozen pipes during long winter months.

The solution was to install a FlexiSpan System to the wall crack. We first put a port at the bottom of the crack below the floor to create a way for water to properly reach the sump pump. Then, the polyurethane sealant is applied to the crack where the crack becomes more deep to form a durable, flexible seal. This system effectively stops any leakage which is exactly what the homeowner wanted!
