This Fairfield home had an outdated sump pump that was not doing its job correctly. The homeowner wanted a solution to replace their sump pump to ensure that their home will not have any water issues. He decided to call Connecticut Basement Systems in order to find a solution for his basement.
Garfield Sanderson and his production team installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump into the home. This TripleSafe is a great choice because it provides three levels of protection against water for any basement. The first pump is for normal functions when water wants to enter the basement. The second pump is for heavy volumes of water or in case the primary pump fails. If for any reason, the first pumps fail or the home has a power outage, there is the UltraSump battery backup sump pump which can pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery! The TripleSafe Sump Pump looks great in this after photo, just look at the difference!
Now, this homeowner has a peace of mind that his basement will stay dry all year long with the TripleSafe Sump Pump thanks to Connecticut Basement Systems!
This Fairfield, CT basement had an open sewer line, which was unattractive and a hazard while people were downstairs. Due to water issues in this basement, the previous wall panels had also been damaged. The homeowners wanted to cover the sewer line and create a clean, usable space and they knew to trust this project with the experts!
Our great foreman Chavon and his crew were able to cover up the line by building a room with EverLast walls and a door to give the line easy access. The new EverLast walls also fixed the previously damaged walls and created a new clean, long-lasting look.
The homeowners were ecstatic with how the room came out. They now have a long-lasting clean, safe space where their family can enjoy time together.
A homeowner in Fairfield, CT was experiencing issues pertaining to basement water. With an old ineffective sump pump and water accumulating around the perimeter, the homeowner needed a solution. Trusting the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems, the homeowner made the call for assistance.
Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative Mick Foster. Foster, an expert on All Things Basementy, listened to the homeowner's concerns. Scheduling a free in-home consultation, Foster provided a formal proposal including detailed suggestions of systems that could be used to improve the basement's waterproofing ability.
With the proposal accepted by the homeowner, Foreman Chris LaBaire and his team began work. Installing a WaterGuard French drain along the perimeter to collect moisture accumulating along the walls helped prevent further moisture. This water would then be funneled into the TripleSafe sump pump, where it was expelled from the house through a drainage line.
After the install, the homeowner was thrilled with the results. She looks forward to having a dry basement for years to come!
Here we have a basement that had water problems and a previously existing pump system that not longer was doing it's job in Litchfield, CT. After Installing our Super Sump Pump to replacae the old pump system, this basement is on it's way to a dry future!
A homeowner in Litchfield, CT was getting water seepage in their basement through the basement entrance and called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution to their water problems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Don Godbout, went to the home to assess the issues and then provided the homeowner with an estimate for the proposed work.
Once approved, it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew to install this job. They installed one of our SuperSump Plus sump pumps that would collect water coming in from the bottom of the stairs and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They installed an XL TrenchDrain at the foot of the basement stairs, so any water coming in from there, would get directed into the sump pump. Now this basement won't get water because anything coming in goes right to the sump pump.
