Dino T. purchased a home which has a stone foundation built in 1820. He was concerned about seepage and high moisture, and wanted a solution that would fully waterproof his basement. He gave us a call at Connecticut Basement Systems, and we were happy to come out, and survey the space!
Our System Design Specialist, Ferdinand Gojani, came out, and quickly figured out what needed to be done to get this basement and crawl space in better shape. Our expert foreman, Marcio, got right to work on installing 2 TripleSafe Sump Pumps, WaterGuard, a SaniDry XP, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on walls and CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation. All of these products together created a beautiful space that Dino can now use for whatever he likes!

Every time it rained, water used to seep through this basement doorway. The owners of this home tried to stop the flow, but weren't able to solve the problem. We installed TrenchDrain grated drainage system across the doorway. The TrenchDrain stops any water that flows across it before it gets to the basement, and redirects that water to a sump pump system. The owners of this home never have to worry about water leaking into their home through this doorway again, even during heavy rainstorms!
A homeowner in New Fairfield had water seepage in their basement and called us looking for a permanent solution. We sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Don Godbout, to the home to assess the issues and propose a solution that would keep their basement dry.
One of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew would install this job. This project consisted of our WaterGuard drainage system and our TripleSafe sump pump. These systems work together to collect and pump out any water coming into the basement. Now this homeowner will have a dry space and no longer need to worry about water issues.

One of our Foremen, Antonio Diaz, and his crew installed the waterproofing job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump to collect the water and pump it safely out of the home. Then, our other Foremen, David Jadan, and his crew installed our 1/2 wall of EverLast wall panels and Elite Plank flooring in light pecan to finish off the space.
Now, this basement is waterproofed and has new floors, making the space look as good as new and unprotected!
A homeowner in New Canaan, CT was getting water in part of their finished basement. They made the right decision when they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us solve this problem. After scheduling an appointment for a free estimate, it would soon be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Mike Bourdeau, to go out to the home to assess the issues and provide a solution.
The next step would be installation. One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew would work on this project. They installed a WaterGuard drain system that goes below the floor to collect any water that may come in through the walls or floors. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump so that the collected water gets drained into the sump pump. Then it will pump the water out of the home at a safe distance. To ensure no moisture in the basement, our crew installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This will prevent excess moisture and mold growth. Now this basement is completely dry!
