Zen Walls, WaterGuard, and TripleSafe in Greenwich, CT

Before, this homeowner’s basement was affected by frequent water leaks. This was problematic, especially because of the exposed wood studs, which are susceptible to water damage and can support mold growth in a wet basement environment. As a result, the homeowner reached out to Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution.

After, this basement is water-free and has gained an improved aesthetic look. Our experienced Foreman, Krzys Wilk, installed Zen Walls to keep air and moisture from flowing into the basement, and give the space a nice clean look. A WaterGuard drainage system was also installed along the perimeter of the wall, which channels all water leaks towards a TripleSafe sump pump, where it is pumped up and out of the basement. Now the homeowner can use his basement as he pleases without having to worry about water damaging his home or belongings.
